Spartan Commit and Race Free Terms and Conditions
These conditions apply for the commit and raise program:
By taking part in Spartan Race commit and race free you are acknowledging the following terms and conditions:
1. You need to commit to raising the fundraising minimum as agreed at registration and making a mandatory donation.
2. All moneys must be raised via your online fundraising page powered by GoFundraise.
3. From completing your registration you will have 12 weeks to raise the minimum.
4. Upon completing this minimum you will receive a coupon code via email. Please check your junk folders and other folders to ensure you don’t miss this it will not be resent or reissued.
5. Coupon codes are valid for any US Spartan City, Stadion, Sprint, Super, Ultra, Beast, Hurricane Heat, Kid or Trail race between June 2022 and June 30, 2023. Code is valid for morning and afternoon heats only. You will still need to register for your Spartan Race using your free coupon. Create a TEAM, join a TEAM, or run as an individual.
6. Once claimed coupons are not transferable or redeemable for anything other than the race you claim it for.
7. If you are unable to complete your race for any reason your coupon is forfeited.
8. You release GoFundraise, Spartan, and your chosen charity for any claims related to this fundraising initiative
General fundraising conditions:
1. Please ensure you follow your charities code of conduct in relation to your fundraising.
2. By taking part in this initiative you release GoFundraise, Spartan, and your chosen charity for any claims related to this fundraising initiative.
3. There is no required minimum, however the more you raise the more your charity appreciates the assistance!
4. The funds you raise are automatically sent to your charity electronically and relevant receipts issued.
5. Where you chose a charity under a donor advised fund those terms and conditions apply.
